Choose the countries where the delivery date picker is shown, for example to hide it from international customers. Available on the Pro and Plus plans.
Steps
- In the app, go to Delivery settings > Countries to show the picker in, and turn on "Show the picker only to customers in selected countries".
- Check the countries to show the picker in (for example, Japan). The list shows the countries your store ships to.
- Click Save.

What customers see
- Customers in the selected countries see the picker on the cart page and in the cart drawer, as before.
- Customers in other countries don't see the picker. On Shopify Plus stores using the checkout picker (Plus plan), the checkout picker is hidden too.
- Orders from customers in other countries aren't blocked at checkout. Even if a delivery date is required, customers in those countries can order without one.
Things to know
- The country is the country or region the customer has selected in your store (through the storefront's country selector or automatic detection). It isn't the shipping address.
- If the customer changes the shipping country at checkout, the country used for the check can change too. Checkout validation then uses the new country.
- In the theme editor, the picker is always shown, whatever country is selected, so you can see where it's placed.
- If you switch to the Basic plan, this setting stops applying and the picker is shown to customers in every country. The setting isn't deleted, so it applies again if you switch back to Pro.
- This doesn't show or hide the picker by Shopify market. If you use markets, choose countries instead.
